The new factory is an independent household with 4-storey building. Our company occupies the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, with a total area of more than6,000 square meters, which is much larger than the old factory. The fourth floor is for offices and sample workshop. The third floor is the sewing workshop, the second floor is the warehouse and the cutting workshop. The interior decoration has greatly improved the aesthetic feeling. There is enough space for each work station, which is generally clean and comfortable. More air conditioning has been added to the workshop of the new factory, making it more comfortable for workers to work in the hot summer. It can be said that in the new factory, the working conditions of our workers have become very good.
The decoration of the office has also become very luxurious, and many workstations have been added. We are not only changing the work address, but also expanding our scale.
In the workers’ dormitory, we have set up many independent rooms, and each room is equipped with air conditioners and hot running water, which are provided to the workers for free.
