Cutting is the 1st step on producing process.When fabric passed inspection, we spread out it as smooth as possible,layers and layers, then go into the cutting machine with the moudlings on it orderly. And cutting genuine leather is different, since it’s irregular and some defect on it, we like to cut piece by piece selectively.
Printing,normally having silk printing,hot transfter priting, UV prinitng and pyrograph.They provide our products with colorful logos and colors design.
Embossing, it needs a moulding then press the logo/pattern under a machine with high temperature. Not all fabric could make embossing. Normally genuine leather and PU leather could get embossing well.For bags, sewing is a sophisticated technology. When you choose different materials,we would study different sewing ways,from threads to final bindings, normal machines or automatic sewing machine. It is worth mentioning that,automatic sewing machine is more popular，since it sews nice and improve our output.
Inspection is the indispensable process in our producing, the key to make sure our product quality.
In our factory, we have IQC, IPQ, FQC and OQC.For finished products, we do 100% inspection. And also accept the 3rd party inspection request from clients.
Each cliets has their own inspecting standards, that’s also workable for us.
In common, one product is put into a poly bag and then put into carton.
Most of our clients have their own Packing Instructions, which is most important for them to send us before producing, or no later than finished products.
When we clear the packing details,we could make sure the efficiency of purchasing and producing, actually to protect the products well in shipment.
We have our own sample room with excellent designers from home and abroad who can quickly turn your ideas into reality.
